Withdraw from contract

If you bought from this website as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. Use the form below to send us your withdrawal request directly from this website.

We will acknowledge your request by email. Once we receive the goods back, we refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.

Before you start, have these ready:

• Your order number (it is in your order confirmation email)
• The date you placed the order and the date you received it
• Which items you are withdrawing from

Goods must be returned in their original condition. Some items cannot be returned once opened for health protection or hygiene reasons, in particular sealed biocides and insecticides. Return costs are at your expense unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
