Shipping policy

Shipping Zones
We currently ship within Malta and Gozo only. For orders to be delivered outside these areas, please contact us at siderat.limited@gmail.com.

Processing Time
Orders received before 12:00 (Malta time) on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and dispatched the same or next business day. Orders received after 12:00, on weekends or public holidays, are processed the following business day.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery within Malta and Gozo: 1–3 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Standard delivery: €9.60 flat rate. Free standard delivery on all orders over €49 (subtotal, excluding taxes where applicable).

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when available. If you have not received an update within 3 business days, please contact us at siderat.limited@gmail.com or +356 7932 5227.

Undelivered Orders
If our carrier is unable to deliver your order (recipient not present, incorrect address, refused delivery), a second delivery attempt will be made. After a second failed attempt the parcel is returned to us and the customer is contacted to arrange a new delivery, which may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged, refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier's proof of delivery. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at siderat.limited@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can arrange replacement or refund.

Professional and Bulk Orders
For professional systems (e.g. Mosquito Newpharm automated misting) and large-quantity orders for businesses, HORECA, or public facilities, shipping and installation are quoted separately after a free site survey. Please use the Request a Quote page or write to siderat.limited@gmail.com.

Restricted Items
Some of our products (professional biocides and insecticides) are subject to local regulations and may not be delivered to residential addresses without professional handling. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the delivery method.
